By accessing this website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. “Gracent Tech,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GRACENT TECH LLC.

2. The website, projects, and consulting

This website provides general information about Gracent Tech LLC, its independent projects, and its consulting work. It does not itself provide access to a project service, create a consulting or customer relationship, or modify a separate contract.

Use of Fermi Reps, EZ Sauce, another Gracent-owned project, or consulting services is governed by the agreement, order form, privacy notice, or other terms presented for that work. If those terms conflict with these Website Terms regarding the project or engagement, the more specific terms control.

3. Intellectual property

The website, its original text, visual design, logos, graphics, and other materials are owned by Gracent Tech LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Gracent Tech,” the Gracent mark, “Fermi Reps,” “EZ Sauce,” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

You may view the website and make a reasonable number of copies for your internal, informational use. No other license is granted.
